CHALLENGE
It was a complex project where we needed to cover different aspects of Commercial Real Estate from Building Portal to Property Management Software, Tenant Retention, Tenant Services Software, Tenant Portal, Facilities management, Building owners, Building Dashboard, Tenant Engagement, CRE Tech, and Social Intranet.
We had to make it fully functional, reliable and secure building communication and engagement platform for or building owners, tenants and property managers. We designed and developed this powerful yet simple web portal using PHP, CodeIgniter, jQuery, Bootstrap.
