Managing recruitment, training development and performance and meeting the timeline was a big challenge in this project. Also, it contained a lot of modules from employees’ recruitment to their management, staff training and ratings, to name a few.

It’s been a tough ride since we have only 8 weeks to deliver a complete software solution with all HRM modules coupled with an unsurpassed CMS to support multiple users in a collaborative environment. So, we engaged our most committed resources to get there.
